-Tipsy Tea Co. is a woman-veteran owned business that sells loaded tea drink mixes & related merchandise. All products are intended for personal use only. Reselling our products without written consent is prohibited.
-All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled. Please double-check your shipping address and product selections before submitting.
-Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays or announced closures). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked received by the carrier. Any shipping issues should be reported to the carriers first, then to us if unresolved.
-We do not process refunds unless there is a verified problem with your order and proof is provided (such as photos). If approved, you must return the product damaged or not, before any refund is issued. We will provide a label. Refunds will be processed ONLY AFTER the returned items are received and inspected.
-By purchasing, you acknowledge that Tipsy Tea Co. is not responsible for any reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products. Please review ingredients before use, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.
-Affiliates must follow guidelines and use only approved content and discount codes. We reserve the right to remove affiliates at any time for misuse or false claims.
-Tipsy Tea Co. reserved the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
At Tipsy Tea Co. every order is packed with love, caffeine, and good vibes- but we understand things CAN happen.
We do not process refunds unless there is a serious issue with the order (such as damaged, incorrect, or defective products) as they are a consumable product & will not be re-sold. Additionally, proof must be provided. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos & a detailed description of the issue so we can review it.
If your refund request is approved, the product MUST be returned before any refund will be issued.
-Customer will be provided with a shipping label.
-Refunds will ONLY be processed AFTER the returned items are received & inspected.
-Used, opened, or partial products CANNOT be refunded.
-If damaged during delivery we will file a claim with the shipping service & send out a replacement.
